How to get here
Sibaltan is still off the beaten tourist track, so getting here will require at least two modes of transport. It is a great destination for experiencing the authentic island life – whether for a longer say or a short leg of a multi-stop journey through Palawan and the Philippines.
From Manila
Fly to El Nido with Airswift (1h)
Fly to Puerto Princesa with Air Asia, Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines. (1h)
Fly to Coron with Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, SkyJet or Air Juan (1h)
Take the 2Go passenger ferry to Coron (12-15h) or Puerto Princessa (21-25h).
From Puerto Princesa
From El Nido
From Coron
Take a van straight to Sibaltan (6-7h) or break up your journey with a stay in Port Barton and/or El Nido along the way.
Sibaltan is just an hour van ride away from El Nido town. Katar and Philippine Rabbit vans leave at least twice a day.

Feeling more adventurous? Want to be mobile? Rent a scooter and find your own way up and around the northern tip of Palawan.
TIP: Google maps will show you a "shorter way" that is not along the highway - it's not yet completely paved and will not be shorter!

If you want to dive with us and are staying in El Nido -
to organize a morning and afternoon shuttle for you.
Starting or ending your journey on these beautiful islands in Northern Palawan? Take a Fast Ferry (4h) or take your time and join an adventurous multi-day expedition though the Linapacan islands and end up in El Nido.
We would be happy to help you plan your trip to Sibaltan, so please don't hesitate to ask.
